Relating to the Alamo property in the city of San Antonio, which belongs to the state, giving custody of same to the Superintendent of Public Buildings and Grounds, under the control of the Governor, and providing that it shall be restored as near as possible to its condition at the time of the massacre of the Texans in what is know as "The Battle of the Alamo."
