SB 281, 33rd R.S.
Relating to establishing a quarantine line across the state identical with that now or hereafter prescribed by law for the prevention of Texas Fever in cattle, for the prevention of the spread of contagious diseases in hogs except under specified conditions, prohibiting shipment into that portion of the state lying north and west of such line, providing that the Live Stock Sanitary Commission of Texas shall prescribe rules governing such shipment, providing penalty.
