SB 34, 33rd R.S.
Relating to requiring the attendance of all boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 17 upon the public schools or some private school, for at least 80 days each school year, requiring parents or guardians to make monthly reports to the teachers, showing the cause of the absence of their children or wards, and making it a misdemeanor for any parent or guardian to fail to require their children of the lawful age to attend school the required time.
