SB 86, 33rd R.S.
Relating to authorizing the trustees of Common School Districts and Independent School Districts to direct the time for conducting the Public Free Schools in such districts at such time, and in such number of terms as may be deemed by them, for the best interest of those within the scholastic age entitled to attend such schools, and to suspend any term of such schools when the average daily attendance thereon in any one month shall fall below 30% of the scholastic population of such district.
