Relating to making it an offense punishable by confinement in the penitentiary for any person to represent in any capacity or transact business for any foreign corporation, where such foreign corporation has not under the law of this state been granted a permit to do business herein; and providing that this act shall not apply to an attorney representing such corporations in any court.
