Relating to amending a certain Act providing for the continued corporate existence of irrigation districts organized under the 29th Legislatures; declaring all bonds heretofore authorized by two-thirds of the qualified taxpaying voters of such districts legal and binding and declaring legal and valid the acts and proceedings of the officers of said districts.
