Relating to amending a certain Act including in the definition of "Texas Securities", "road district bonds", and inserting in lieu of "other municipality or subdivision which is now or may hereafter be constituted" the following; "other municipality or other subdivision, of a county or of the State which is now or may hereafter be constituted".
