SB 19, 34th 1st C.S.
Relating to reorganizing the Twenty-third Judicial District and to create the Eightieth Judicial District of Texas, and to fix the time of holding the courts in said districts; and providing that the grand juries drawn and selected under the existing laws in any of the counties of said judicial district in Waller County shall be considered legally drawn and selected for the term of the district court of their respective counties held after this Act takes effect, and providing that this Act shall take effect and be in force from and after the first day of September, 1915 and to repeal all laws and part of laws in conflict herewith.
