HB 364, 35th R.S.
Relating to requiring the publication in some newspaper of general circulation of all notices now required by law or contract to be given of an act or proceeding, whether public or private, or relating to a judicial, executive or legislative matter, which notice is now authorized by law or contract to be made by posting notices in one or more public places, fixing a time of such publication, and the compensation, naming certain exemptions.
