Relating to making appropriations for deficiencies in appropriations heretofore made for the support of the State Government for the fiscal years ending August 31, 1912, 1913, 1914, 1915, and 1916, to cover duly authorized deficiency claims registered in the office of the Comptroller of Public Accounts of the State of Texas, in accordance with law.
