Relating to authorizing corporations incorporated to guarantee land titles and indemnify the holders thereof against loss by reason of defects in title, under the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, to invest their capital stock, surplus and undivided profits in Federal, State, county, municipal and independent school district bonds, and to buy and sell such bonds and notes secured by first liens on real estate of approved values and to lend money on approved real estate securities.
