HB 42, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending certain articles so as to provide that no action for injuries done to the character or reputation of another by libel or slander shall be maintained unless written notice of the claim thereof has been given by the claimant to the adverse party or parties within ninety-five days after the accrual of the cause of action.
