Relating to creating the Ray Common School District No. 27 in Goliad County, Texas, providing a Board of Trustees therefor, providing that the said Common School District and the Board of Trustees thereof shall have and enjoy all the rights, powers, privileges and duties imposed and conferred by the General Statutes upon common school districts in this State.
