HB 613, 36th R.S.
Relating to creating South Elm Common School District No. 58, of Milam county, Texas; providing a board of trustees therefor; providing that said common school district and the board of trustees thereof shall have and enjoy all the rights, powers, privileges, and duties imposed and conferred by the general statutes of Texas upon common school districts in this State.
