Relating to establishing, equipping and creating an industrial home in connection with John Tarleton Agricultural College at Stephenville, Texas, to be known as the John Tarleton Industrial School Home, and repealing that portion of Section 3 of an Act establishing John Tarleton Agricultural College at Stephenville, Texas, approved February 20, 1917, that set apart a certain sum of $75,000 in said Act designated for a students' loan fund, and to use said $75,000 fund for establishing, equipping and operating the aforesaid John Tarleton Industrial Home School.
