Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State by adding to Article 24 a new section, to be known as Section 9; providing for a limitation of the amount of land to be owned by one individual; preventing the creation of corporations and associations for the purpose of dealing in lands; and prescribing the extent and time that other corporations or associations can hold lands in this State.
