Relating to providing a salary of Six Thousand ($6,000.00) Dollars for the County Judge in counties having a population of more than one hundred thousand inhabitants, and in which there is at least one city with a population of more than seventy-five thousand, out of the fees, commissions and perquisites earned by such office in the manner and as now provided by law.
