Relating to amending Chapter 85, House Bill No. 603, enacted by the Thirty-sixth Legislature at its Regular Session, creating Edinburg Independent School District in Hidalgo County, Texas, by amending Section 1 thereof, revising the metes and bounds of said District, and by amending Section 11 thereof, providing for bond of assessor and collector authorized by said House Bill 603, and fixing his compensation.
