Relating to creating the Enloe Independent School District in Delta County, Texas including the present existing Enloe Independent School District, defining its boundaries, vesting said Enloe Independent School District as created by this Act with all the rights, powers, privileges and duties exercised by the independent school districts incorporated under the general laws of the State.
