Relating to making certain emergency appropriations out of the general revenues for the support of the State Government for the fiscal year ending August 31, 1921, and making appropriations to pay certain miscellaneous claims against the State, and making appropriations for authorized deficiencies incurred in the support of the State Government for the fiscal years ending August 31, 1920 and August 31, 1921, in relation to item for Juvenile Training School.
