Relating to permitting boards of trustees of religious, charitable, educational, or eleemosynary institutions to be affiliated with, elected, and controlled by a convention, conference, or association, incorporated or unincorporated, organized under the laws of this or another State whose membership is composed of representatives, delegates or messengers from any church or other religious association.
