SB 349, 38th R.S.

Relating to providing that all fees remitted by County Superintendents to the State Department of Education for teachers' examinations authorized in the General Laws of Texas, shall be paid to the State Treasurer, and providing that such fees shall be appropriated and expended by the Legislature from time to time.
