SB 75, 38th R.S.
Relating to providing that any person, firm, corporation, limited partnership, joint stock association or association of any kind whatsoever, owning or holding a permit from the Game, Fish, and Oyster Commissioner of the State of Texas, to excavate and take from anybody of water from this State, certain geological resources, shall have the right and power to condemn land for the purpose of erecting plant sites and plants, railroad spurs, and opening roads and passageways to said plant or place of operations, and providing that the method of condemnation shall be the same as is now provided by law in case of railroads.
