Relating to prohibiting the hiring, employing, or commissioning by any State or county officer, or State Adjutant General any person who is in the employment of any person, firm or corporation whose salary or any portion thereof, is paid by such person, firm, or corporation when such person, firm, or corporation is interested in any dispute or disagreement with his, her, its or their employees.
