Relating to prohibiting what is commonly known as dancing by any person or persons within the State of Texas in either public or private places for longer than eight hours continuously within twenty four without having first procured a permit from the State Board of Health showing that said person or person to be in such physical condition as to be able to withstand the physical strain of such prolonged exertion without same being injurious to the good health of the party desiring permit.
