Relating to requiring judges, clerks and supervisors of primary elections to see that none by persons qualified shall participate in party primaries, and empowering judges, clerks and supervisors to conduct examinations into qualifications and rights of voters to participate in party primaries and providing that examinations may be conducted under oath.
