SB 5, 38th 2nd C.S.
Relating to providing that a certified copy of the record of a judgment or decree, or order, or entries, in the United States Courts in cases charging violation of the laws against the sale, manufacturing, transportation, possession, of intoxicating liquors, and the ownership or possession of equipment for the manufacture of such liquor, may be introduced in evidence in the State Courts in prosecutions for violation of any of the prohibition laws of the State, and shall be prima facie evidence of the guilt of the defendant.
