SB 51, 38th 2nd C.S.
Relating to providing that all fees remitted by county superintendents to the State Department of Education by conductors of summer normal institutions, and also any other fees collected by the State Department for any purpose whatsoever, shall be paid to the State Treasurer, and providing that such fees shall be appropriated and expended by the Legislature from time to time.
