Relating to making appropriations for the Department of Banking and for the Department of Insurance and Banking for two years beginning September 1, 1923 and ending August 31, 1925, repealing all appropriations made for the Department of Insurance and Banking as set forth in Senate Bill No. 32, passed by the Second Called Session of the Thirty-eighth Legislature.
