Relating to levying an occupation tax on physicians, surgeons, medical doctors, lawyers, attorneys, dentists, civil engineers, consulting engineers, architects, bacteriologists, nurses and other specialists and those engaged in other professions in this State; exempting judges of courts and State, county, and city employees and employees of governmental subdivisions or agencies.
