HB 263, 39th R.S.
Relating to requiring every agent or inspector of any railroad or other public carrier on demand of hipper or consignor examining any shipment of fruit, vegetable, grain, livestock or other farm product, prior to the shipment, to forthwith deliver to the shipper or consignor true copies of any and all reports or certificates by him made concerning the condition thereof; making the failure to observe such requirement or the willful making or publication of a false report as to the condition thereof a misdemeanor and providing a penalty therefor.
