Relating to authorizing J.P. Dod to write and sign in duplicate the field notes for each of the subdivision field note of the excess land recovered by the State of Texas in Dallam and Hartley counties Capitol Freehold Land and Investment Company, Ltd. et al., in the Fifty-third District Court of Travis county on April 26, 1924, as said surveys were made on the grounds by R.S. Dod, deceased, under appointment of the Commissioner of the General Land Office.
