HB 289, 39th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute relating to the payment of county taxes on lands acquired and owned by the State for purpose of establishing thereon convict labor on State account so as to provide for the payment of taxes on such lands levied and assessed for the purpose of paying the interest on and creating a sinking fund to redeem at maturity bonds voted and approved by the Attorney General prior to the acquisition of such land by the State.
