Relating to amending certain statute relating to the organization and time of holding district courts in the 49th Judicial District of Texas so as to move Jim Hogg County, Texas from the 79th Judicial District to the 49th, and to provide for rearranging for the time and terms for holding court in said district and repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
