Relating to providing that in all cases where any bond is now or may hereafter required to be given or executed by the State Treasurer, or any of his clerks or deputies, or by any county or city depository, or by any State, county or city tax collector or by their clerks or deputies, or any other employee of the State, or any county or city therein, that said bond hall be conditioned as now provided by law and shall be executed by some surety or bonding company authorized to do business in this State, and that the cost of such bond shall be paid by the State, county or city, of which such officer is an employee, and in addition to the salary of such officer.
