Relating to prohibiting the taking of raccoons, skunk, mink and otter in Cass county, Texas, by means of traps, snares and deadfalls, for a period of two years from and after August 1, 1925, and providing that it shall be unlawful to take and catch raccoons, skunks, mink and otter in Cass county, Texas by means of traps, snares and deadfalls, except during the months of December, January and February, at any time after August 1, 1927, and providing penalties for violation of this law.
