HB 79, 39th R.S.

Relating to amending certain statute relating to notes secured by certain deeds of trust or mortgages on land, and when the same shall be barred by limitation, and providing that powers of sale under deeds of trust or mortgages shall not be executed after the notes secured thereby are barred by limitation, relating to the renewal and extension of liens that are secured by deeds of trust, mortgages, or vendor's liens on real estate.
