Relating to creating the White Pond Common County Line School District in Fisher and Jones Counties, Texas, including therein the present White Pond Common County Line School District No. 6, in Fisher and Jones Counties; providing a board of trustees therefor, vesting said county line school district board of trustees with all the rights, powers, privileges and duties conferred upon common county line school districts incorporated under the General Laws of Texas.
