SB 221, 39th R.S.

Relating to providing that no life insurance company shall be required to invest, or keep invested, in Texas securities, any part of the aggregate amount of the legal reserve required by the laws of the State of its domicile to be maintained on account of its policies of insurance in force, written upon the live of citizens of this State, and which reserve I denominated as its Texas reserve.
