Relating to amending certain statutes relating to intoxicating liquors, and to distilled, malt, spirituous, vinous, fermented or alcoholic liquors and alcoholic liquors and alcoholic liquids, compounds and preparations, patent and proprietary medicines or preparations or solutions; providing for better control, prohibition and regulation of traffic in intoxicating liquor; prescribing necessary penalties and defining necessary offenses.
