SB 293, 39th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute so as to allow the issuance of bonds for the purposes provided in said statute in counties having in excess of 200,000 inhabitants by the last preceding United States census, in an amount or sum not greater than ten cents on the hundred dollars property valuation of such county.
