Relating to reorganizing the Thirty-ninth Judicial District of Texas so as to omit therefrom the county of Throckmorton, fixing the terms of the holding of the district court in each of the counties in said Thirty-ninth Judicial District of Texas; placing the county of Throckmorton in the Ninety-second Judicial District of Texas, fixing the time for holding of court by the district court of the Ninety-second Judicial District of Texas in the counties of said district.
