Relating to resolving that the sum of five hundred ($500) dollars be paid out of the contingent expense fund of the Thirty-ninth Legislature to pay for a suitable portrait of Governor Pat M. Neff, said portrait to be placed in the rotunda of the Capitol with the portrait of the other Governors of Texas.
