SB 196, 40th R.S.
Relating to providing that hereafter any person, firm or corporation that sustains injury to person or property by the negligent operation of any motor vehicle by the owner thereof or by another with the owner's consent expressed or limited to operate it shall have a lien on such motor vehicle to secure the payment of damages sustained.
