SB 445, 40th R.S.
Relating to eliminating from Article 1929 of the Revised Civil Statutes of 1925 the provision requiring the county judge to get permission from the commissioners court to leave the county or state, and so as to change the provisions of said article relative to the county judge attending to his duties and being absent.
