SB 474, 40th R.S.
Relating to withdrawing from sale the oil and gas in University land until such time as the Legislature may enact laws deemed adequate to protect the interest of the University in its available and permanent funds, on the condition only that the University mineral lease or sales Act of March 10, 1925, Chapter 71, Acts of Regular Session, 39th Legislature, shall be held invalid or ineffective by the Supreme Court of Texas in suits now pending or that may hereafter be filed.
