HB 65, 40th 1st C.S.
Relating to requiring every person, firm, co-partnership, association, or corporation doing business in this State, which are subject to occupation, gross receipts, or other taxes upon sales or gross receipts, to keep complete, permanent, and detailed records of all business transacted in Texas, said records to be kept at the principal place of business in Texas.
