HB 18, 41st R.S.
Relating to creating the office of Criminal District Attorney in those counties which constitute three or more separate Judicial Districts within themselves in which there is not now a District Attorney; providing that the present county attorney in those counties, who performs the duties of county and district attorney, shall qualify a criminal district attorney, remain in office and take the oath and give the bond required of district attorneys by the Constitution and laws of Texas.
