Relating to authorizing the maker of a will to apply to the county judge for a judicial determination of the question as to whether or not he was sane or insane or subjected to undue influence upon the day he executed the will, and providing the method of notifying the persons interested, and providing that no court in the State of Texas shall determine the question of sanity or undue influence of the person on the day when the will was made.
