Relating to permitting the commissioners courts of the various counties of the State of Texas to prescribe and fix the compensation of the justices of the peace by salary in lieu of fees, payable out of county funds; directing the commissioners court to consolidate two or more precincts in the county where the work in such precincts may be handles with dispatch by one justice of the peace.
